We provide MES solutions to companies around the globe.
We are proud to be able to serve manufacturing companies across the world to provide state of the Art MES solutions tailored to individual customer-specific requirements of individual companies. Here are some of the clients we are excited and proud having worked with:
Nexans develops, manufactures and distributes different varieties of wire. DIAMES was implemented in their company in 1999 as a complement to their existing hardware and systems. With more than 180 production machines, it was critical to have manufacturing execution software to fully automate them in order to identify issues before they occur. DIAMES has been able to help Nexans with exactly that for more than a decade.
South Africa is where the majority of our clients are located. These companies include:
- Guestro Wheels Ltd.
- Aberdare Cables (Pty) Ltd
- Eloff St.
Each of these companies has different manufacturing backgrounds, including automotive, wire manufacturing, PVC compounding, electrical, cable, plastic and conduits. DIAMES has been able to provide a state of the art MES-based smart manufacturing environment for each of these companies throughout the years to set them apart from their competition.
Switzerland & China
Huber + Suhner AG is our client in Switzerland. They manufacture cables for space and other environments requiring extreme reliability. DIAMES has been an asset to this company for more than 20 years. One of the biggest successes was their ability to achieve a break-even point after just 15 months of using DIAMES due to the higher efficiency and less downtime it provides.
Huber + Suhner AG started a new wire and cable plant in Changzhou, China in 2013. This plant is also our client with its own DIAMES platform with a Chinese end-user front-end interface.
Alpine Engineered Products Inc. needed a complimentary MES component to the implemented BaaN ERP system. DIAMES was implemented there in 2000. They manufacture steel plates for roof construction and have 20 semi and fully automatic organized metal presses operating around the clock.
